18 NCAC 07C .0404         COMMISSION CERTIFICATE

A commission certificate:

(1)           shall not be valid until the oath of office has been taken; and

(2)           shall include:

(a)           the appointee's name for use on a notary public commission;

(b)           the county of commissioning;

(c)           the beginning date of the commission; and

(d)           the expiration date of the commission.
